During their visit, scholars read to shelter dogs.  Reading provides a much-needed quiet interaction for shelter dogs, giving them time to relax and connect with humans.

SJS is great because of the teachers!  They help me to learn all subjects, but math is my favorite.  I like solving hard problems and working with my friends. Zalasia Denmark, Grade 2

At SJS, both the students and staff support their peers in the common goal of growth for all students; it really feels like a team.
